Export Intelligence
What this is
Customs and shipment records contain the answers exporters need most: who is importing your product, in which country, at what price, from which competitor, and whether that demand is growing. Export intelligence is the work of turning those records into a target market list and a buyer list.
What we analyse
HS code and GTIP analysis
Trade flows at code level, including breaking a broad code into the specific products hidden inside it.
Country market analysis
Import volumes, growth, seasonality and price levels by market, so target countries are chosen from evidence.
Importer intelligence
Buyer profiles with purchase volume, frequency, origin countries and current suppliers.
Exporter and competitor analysis
Which suppliers hold which accounts, at what price level, and where share is shifting between them.
Price and quantity trends
Unit price and volume movements over time, by market, product and supplier country.
Shipment analysis
Shipment-level movements, routes, ports and timing behind the aggregate numbers.
Supplier-buyer relationship mapping
Which buyer works with which supplier, how consistently, and where a relationship looks replaceable.
Why the raw data is not enough
Product descriptions are inconsistent, one company appears under several spellings, and a single HS code can cover very different goods. Without cleaning and matching, a trade data export is a spreadsheet, not intelligence. That cleaning layer is most of the work, and it is where we spend it.
What you receive
A target market shortlist, a scored importer list with contact-ready company records, a competitor picture per market, and a written sales angle for each priority account.
